August Blooms

Finally a couple of beautiful days in a row! I missed GBBD so here are a few pictures of what are looking pretty right now.

This is my first year growing Lemon Mint.

It's so pretty, I just can't take too many pictures of it!

A gift from Kerri that has bloomed for a long time, much to my delight!

My new coneflower, still in a pot.

Indian Summer sunflower. This one is tiny.

I have lots of black-eyed susans around.

I have lots more blooming right now but I'll save some for later. Right now I'm going back out to play!

  1. Did Kerri give you 'Catherine Woodbury'? Whoever she may be, that's a lovely daylily, Country Girl.
I like that Indian Summer sunflower, too.

  3. Your August garden had some beautiful blooms, Apple. Isn't it amazing how long Catherine Woodbury blooms? I'm so glad she did well for you. My Cherry Cheeks is just putting out her last blooms. She's been a beauty too.
Your lemon mint is very pretty, and I like the Indian Summer sunflower too.
I've enjoyed catching up with you this morning! Isn't this weather fabulous? I wish we could have 6 more months of it!
